Guest must sign a lease agreement and acknowledge house rules prior to date of arrival. If guest does not sign a lease agreement and acknowledge house rules prior to the date of arrival, the reservation will be terminated at 12:01am on the date of arrival and all deposits will be forfeited. Should guest decline to sign lease agreement and/or acknowledge house rules within 24 hours of receipt of said agreement and rules, AND prior to date of arrival, any deposits received will be refunded.

No more than 2 (two) people (adult or child) may occupy the unit at any given time during your stay. Please inquire if you have more than 2 (two) people in your party PRIOR to booking.

A $50 per person/per night fee will be charged for each guest that exceeds the maximum of 2 people per stay.

This property is on a septic system, and therefore, the disposal of feminine products, or bulky 'flushables' in the commode is strictly prohibited.

Parties and/or events may be allowed with additional deposit and event fee, and with a minimum 30 day notice. Please inquire PRIOR to booking. If no inquiry is made prior to booking, and a party or event occurs that exceeds the maximum 2 person limit, a $1000 event fee will be charged to the tenant/guest, in addition to any other security and/or damage deposit received.

While hiking is encouraged, we also strongly encourage long pants and thick soled hiking shoes for hiking/walking anywhere other than the driveway and road.

By confirming your reservation (booking your stay), you acknowledge that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

Children (under 18) are prohibited from wandering the property unattended.

There are pets on the property (two 90+ lb domestic dogs - Golden Retriever and Labradoodle). They may wander near the guest house. If you are allergic or have a fear of dogs, this may not be the property for you and we encourage you to seek alternative lodging accommodations.
